Colonel Warrington, Jr. education includes a Master of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Operations; Lean Six Sigma Black-Belt and a certified as a Master Logistician. Colonel Warrington, Jr. contractual management portfolio includes: Program Manager for Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), a $50M+ (TS-SCI CI-Poly) Global Logistics Support Program; US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Defense Property Accountability System implementation, a $50M+ (Secret) Property Administration and Audit Readiness Program. Colonel Warrington, Jr. leadership experiences include Deputy Director, Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC), US Army Communications & Electronics Command (CECOM), Aberdeen Proving Grounds; Principal Department of Defense Representative to Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Colonel Warrington, Jr. is well-advanced in contracts proposal development and management with validated competitive wins in the last four years valued at $150 million. He is a subject matter expert in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Contract Management, Proposals Development and Management, Resource Management, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Organizational Design, Strategy, Emergency Management, and Opposition Management.
