The Quartermaster Hall of Fame award is the highest form of recognition the Corps offers. This much coveted award honors individuals who are judged to have made the most significant contributions to the overall history and traditions of the Quartermaster Corps.

COL Eugene W. Lillewood, Jr.
Class of 2022

Colonel E. W. “Chip” Lilliewood, Jr. has over 35 years of hands-on leadership, logistics, managerial, and business experience. His career spanned the Public Sector, Defense, as well as the Federal, State, and Local Government ecosphere. Colonel Lilliewood, Jr. is a graduate from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. He earned a Master of Science Degree in Logistics Management and second Master of Science in Material Acquisition Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. He also holds a third Master of Military Arts and Science from the United States Air Force’s Air University. Colonel Lilliewood’s remarkable journey was made possible due to unparalleled business, operations, and acquisition experience alongside on the ground experience in the Far East, Southwest Asia, and Europe. Post military retirement includes over 10 years of Business Operations and Development experience supporting businesses by establishing and maintaining complex business processes. Colonel Lilliewood was also a former US Army Human Capital Manager for over 1,000 senior US Army Logistics Officers as well as Test Officer where he personally advised the Vice Chief of Staff of the Army and Senior DoD Leadership on the effectiveness, suitability, and survivability of major Army Programs. Colonel Lilliewood is the founder and managing principal of Vector Federal Solutions, a Quantico, Virginia based solutions provider that specializes in the areas of Programmatics, Analytics, Technology Services, Logistics and Military Family Services. Colonel Lilliewood’s awards and decorations include: Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Legion of Merit, Joint Achievement Medal, NATO Medal – Afghanistan, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Meritorious Service Medal (1st Award), Army Commendation Medal (1st Award), Army Parachutist Badge and Air Assault Badge. Colonel Lilliewood is a former Charity Board member of American Veterans (AMVETS).
