The Quartermaster Hall of Fame award is the highest form of recognition the Corps offers. This much coveted award honors individuals who are judged to have made the most significant contributions to the overall history and traditions of the Quartermaster Corps.

Command Sergeant Major Lusardi’s key assignments include: Department of Defense Civilian employee for Joint Special Operations (JSOC), Fort Bragg; Command Sergeant Major, 244th Quartermaster Battalion, Fort Lee; Command Sergeant Major, 262nd Quartermaster Battalion, Fort Lee; Sergeant Major, Chief Operations, Camp Humphreys, Republic of Korea; and First Sergeant, 259th Field Service Company, 1st  Corps Support Command, Fort Bragg. Her performance at JSOC exceeded all expectations setting a new standard of professionalism, commitment, and passion. Her contributions as a member of Joint Special Operations Joint Task Forces in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and New Dawn ensured logistical support in every aspect. Her work in the J-4 Directorate Property Book Office has been recognized with multiple commendable accolades. During the U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM) Inspector General inspection, Luann was identified as a Top Performer, a recognition reserved for the very best inside the SOCOM enterprise
