The Quartermaster Hall of Fame award is the highest form of recognition the Corps offers. This much coveted award honors individuals who are judged to have made the most significant contributions to the overall history and traditions of the Quartermaster Corps.

CW5 Fetchet’s key assignments include: Command Property Account Technician, Headquarters, 3rd Medical Command (Deployment Support), Fort Gillem, Georgia; Senior Property Account Technician and Accountable Officer, Headquarters, Army Reserve Medical Command, Pinellas Park, Florida; Senior Property Account Technician, Headquarters, U.S. Army Reserve Command, Fort McPherson, Georgia; and Senior Property Account Technician/ Liaison Officer, Headquarters, Third Army/Coalition Forces Land Component Command (CFLCC), Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Serving with Third Army and the CFLCC as the U.S. Army Reserve Command G-4 Logistics Liaison Officer, he advised Central Command, Department of the Army, Forces Command, United States Army Reserve Command, Army Materiel Command and other agencies operating within the Theater Area of Responsibility on the logistical posture of the Army Reserve units with missions in Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. With United States Army Reserve Medical Command, he advised and supported over 202 MTOE and 77 TDA Medical units across the United States.
