HONORS

The Quartermaster Hall of Fame award is the highest form of recognition the Corps offers. This much coveted award honors individuals who are judged to have made the most significant contributions to the overall history and traditions of the Quartermaster Corps.

Mr. Larry L. Toler
Class of 2016

Mr. Toler’s key assignments include: Equipment Manager for Government Furnished Equipment, Advanced Attack Helicopter (Apache) Program, Officer of the Program Manager, St Louis, Missouri; Special Assistant to the Commander, U.S. Army Materiel Command, Alexandria, Virginia; Senior Logistics Management Specialist, Combat Developments (Transportation), Combined Arms Support Command (CASCOM), Fort Lee Virginia; Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist, Combat  Developments (Quartermaster), CASCOM; Deputy to the Commandant, US Army Quartermaster Center and School. Mr. Toler developed policies and researched issues for future combat developments and training concepts for Army Transformation providing leadership, oversight and coordination of proponent actions in combat development and training development for Army transformation. His work at CASCOM and AMC served to advance the interests of the Quartermaster Corps and better integrate Quartermasters into combat sustainment operations.
